Rince Cochon Red 7.5°

Discover the little sister of the Rince Cochon, brewed for a long time under the name of “The Rince Cochon”, the Rince Cochon Rouge (Red) is today brewed by Haacht in Belgium. This beer is very different from the blond version, since this new Rince Cochon is flavored with red fruit, pours a red color and wears a reworked label on red tones. The character of this beer lies in its dark pink colour reminiscent of red fruit.
However, compared to most fruity beers, this one isn’t light and features an ABV of 7.5%. The whole is topped by a thick, long-lasting and slightly pink head. It challenges the nose with fruity aromas that one can try to guess. The presence of alcohol is obvious. In the mouth, the flavours are sweet and fruity with notes of strawberries, cherries (the beer is produced with cherry juice) and raspberries. One can also sense the presence of hops, barley and malt. Do not wait any longer and … Try this fruity beer amazingly strong for a beer of that kind. You can even pour it in its special Red Beer Glass. Probably, one of the most beautiful glasses.

Maneblusser Lente 6.5°

In spring you can enjoy Maneblusser Lente. This light blond beer is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats and rye. It was seasoned with classics such as coriander, cumin and curaçao. The result? At the same time refreshing and full of character. Just like spring, it tastes mellow sweet, fruity and deliciously floral. Ideal to enjoy in the spring sun!
A little hazy yellow/golden colored beer. A nice white creamy head. Aroma of hop bitter, and strange for a blond beer, some notes of roasted malts. The taste has these notes also. the taste is malty and fruity with some sweet bitter notes in the back. A very good beer.

Het Nest HertenHeer 6.5°

From Het Nest brouwery.

Hazy golden with a small, lasting and lacy head. Aroma of caramel, yeast. Nice and fruity, what one expects from a belgian ale, plus some funky notes. Taste is yeasty, some peaches, again some of the funkiness, very bitter and especially on the aftertaste. Medium thick body, carbonation is high. Nice dryness on the palate. Overall another surprise, with unexpected bitterness. Great!

Silly Swaf 8°

THE TRIPLE SWAF, FAR MORE THAN A THIRST-QUENCHER
The Silly brewer’s latest creation, the Triple Swaf, is a blonde beer that has re-fermented in the bottle. It is based on a recipe that is 100% original. On tasting this triple you will be struck by its 8% ABV with zesty aromas of coriander, followed by a subtle bitterness that nevertheless makes its presence felt. All this comes with a full-mouthed taste and a lovely lingering finish. An exceptional beer must have an exceptional glass and so the brewery opted for a prestigious glass on a tall stem. Taste this beer and you are won over straight away.

Riebedebie 9°

A triple beer. The colour is blonde to slightly amber. The beer has a sweet to spicy taste.
A traditional beer with high fermentation level, produced in small quantities, using only natural ingredients: hops, yeast, water, spices and barley malt.
Deep orange golden colour on the body, tall white head, very thick, collapsing slowly. Spots of lacing left around the glass. Aroma is malty, sugar, heavy yeast, light fruits like peaches. Taste follows, lots of sugar and malts with the yeast following, some herbs too, alcohol, metal notes on the finish, still some stone fruits present. Medium thin body, okay carbonation, dry but also sticky on the palate.
THE STORY
Riebedebie, while his wife lay peacefully sleeping collected all the pennies he had been safekeeping.
And outside he bound not making a sound.
With his booty he was crowned to go party all around. In search of spicy flavour and sweet blond savour.
Many hours after the sun has set he returns to bed just before the coffee aromas spread.
But we’ve caught him for you in a bottle of beer so a night out with Riebedebie is near, oh dear!
